Employees Satisfaction largely depends on the benefitsprovided by the organisation. Employees outcomeperformance, dedication is very much related with thesatisfaction. A satisfied employees of an organisation are theassets for the organisation. Organisation believe that satisfiedemployees are more productive than dissatisfied employeesand can use their basic talent for the betterment oforganisation. A person such high level of job satisfactionholds positive feeling about the job. In this study we havefound that in BHEL, Bhopal benefits provided by theorganisation for the employees are good but it should beimproved. It may be concluded that organisation shouldprovide existing benefits to retain talented employees andmust provide more benefits for higher employees satisfactionin future.
