its black friday morning, u and ur aunt are rushing to the mall to catch that 70% sale on the glorious ps5when suddenly, ur aunt grasps the middle of her chest and collapses !u keep calling her but she doesnt respondu check her breathing... she isnt breathing! u just got out of ur home so there is barely anyone near uso u decide to do the very first thing that u should dodont panic ! u immediately get out ur phone and call for helpthen u remember that first aid video u saw on youtube a while ago and u start what u can barely rememberfirst : u put ur aunt on her back on a flat surfacethen u check her breathing and her pulse and to ur bad luck, u find nothing!u start remembering that video details : it was called CPR because C stands for chest compressions !u sit near ur aunt on ur knees with ur back and elbows fully extended grapping one hand with the other and push as hard as u can at the middle of the chest bone ( the sternum) u keep pushing and recoiling as fast as u can until finally, another rescuer arrives, u both take turns in doing chest compressions at a rate of around 120 per minute and also u now start giving life breaths, u close ur aunt's nose and with ur expiration begin blowing in her mouth5 minutes into this catastrophic event, ur aunt is back alive!, ambulance comes in and she is taken to the hospital for further assessmentu saved ur aunt's life todaybetter now scroll over next first aid video u see !
