CoE Health Index is a comprehensive Index on a scale of 1-10 to monitor and evaluate the performance of CoEs on a monthly basis. CHI is based on 3 Criteria - Gating Criteria, Output Metrics, Innovation. The Gating criteria includes Cadence with Stakeholders, Ongoing Market Insights, Benchmarking, Newsletters and success stories. If the gating criteria is not satisfied, the CHI becomes zero. If the gating criteria is satisfied, there is 70% weightage to Output Metrics and 30% to Innovation. Within Output metrics we take value of plan v/s actual and assign a score to the ratio. There is also a negative marking on this parameter if the growth rates are lower for FY 25 and growth rates have been pushed to FY 26 & FY 27. On Innovation we take into account parameters such as Market Positioning & Competitive advantage, Expected Business Impact and GTM Strategy readiness.
