Always fillin the details before getting thesignatures.Always explain the application process,documentation, fee & charges, andtimelines to the customer properly andcorrectly.Do not take any unaccounted cash fromthe customers for processing of loanapplication. In case any customer offersyou the money, please refuse and reportthe same to your Epimoneycounterpart.
