Welcome to our 30-second yoga session! Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, let go of any tension in your body. Inhale, reaching your arms up overhead, and exhale, bringing your hands to heart center. Inhale, lift your chest and lengthen your spine, and exhale, twist to the right. Inhale back to center, and exhale, twist to the left. Inhale, return to center, and exhale, release your hands down. Take a moment to check in with your body and breath.
