Why do you want Disney? What made you apply to Disney? • I applied to Disney because I believe it's exactly what I'm looking for, Disney is a highly renowned company that makes a difference in people's lives and working at Disney would allow me to create magical and memorable experiences for everyone around me. How would working at Disney add to your life? • It would provide me with a unique and valuable professional experience, being part of the Disney magic is an honor, the most influential company in the world of entertainment would allow me to create invaluable skills and knowledge for myself. It would also enhance my personal growth by dealing with a wide range of people, cultures and situations that are different from what I'm used to. Why work on board? Why kitchen utility? • Because of the salary and being able to see the world and not having any expenses, these advantages are enough to change my job on land in Brazil. The biggest challenge was once when the only dishwasher we had in the kitchen broke down just during the peak hours of the ship's restaurant, the counter and table were cluttered with dirty plates, cutlery and utensils, and the situation only got worse as time went on. I asked my manager for more staff to help us, and together we had to wash all the dishes by hand, spray them, scrub them with sponges and soap, rinse them and dry them with cloths, all by hand while the engineers repaired the machine. It only took about two hours and in the end everything was fine. What are the responsibilities and duties related to the kitchen utility? • Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, washing the dishes, cleaning the equipment, separating and disposing of the waste generated in the kitchen properly, maintaining the hygiene and quality of the services carried out in the kitchen.
